We will make sure that you accept only prospects who have good financial standing and without criminal records. We also collect the rent on your behalf and enforce late fees when necessary. We make sure that you will have the money on time and those who do not make timely payments will be immediately notified. WHO MANAGES THE FINANCIAL STATEMENTS?

HOW LONG IS THE CONTRACT?
Management agreements are on a one-year basis and will auto renew once that year is up, unless we are given a cancellation notice 30 days prior to the end date of the yearly cycle.

We advertise properties among a wide network of realtors and through MLS and AppFolio. Other sites MLS and AppFolio advertise to are and not limited to: Realtor.com, Apartments.com, Homes.com, Rentals.com, Zillow, and Attlus.
